We seek a talented and passionate Junior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic web development team in Chiang Mai. As a Junior WordPress Developer, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with senior developers and project managers to bring creative ideas to life and deliver high-quality websites that meet client requirements.

Joining our team as a Junior WordPress Developer offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your WordPress and WooCommerce development skills, work on diverse and challenging projects, and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of WordPress websites.

• Assist in the creation of visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive WordPress websites.

• Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs and enhance website functionality.

• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.

• Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors.

• Assist in the deployment of WordPress websites to hosting servers.

• Collaborate with the design team to integrate visual elements into WordPress websites.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, techniques, and best practices.

• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the overall development process and efficiency.

• Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing WordPress websites.

Your profile

• Thai citizens only

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least one-year working experience.

• Strong understanding of web development concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.

• Experience working with Gutenberg and Elementor

• Experience working with PHP and MySQL and jQuery.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile optimization techniques.

• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have but not a must:

• Prior experience working with WordPress, Woocommerce and developing custom themes or plugins.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.

• Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React.

• Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to create intuitive user interfaces.

• Experience with website performance optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other design tools.
